It's just that obvious, i guess.

Student: Hey sir, do you want to know something?
Me: What's that?

Student: I went three days without hitting my head.
Me: Oh yeah? Is three days a big milestone? You've never gone that long without hitting your head?

Student: Are you kidding me?! Nope.

The answer to the question you are asking yourself is 'Yes'. Yes this is the same student in my first post. Naturally.

Offensively Funny?

A short conversation which transpired during lunch today:

Student 1: Sir, have you ever had Greek Fries?
Me: No. Are they good?

Student 1: Yeah! But they're really just fries with feta cheese on them.

Student 2: That's like putting dead cats on fries and saying you're eating Chinese fries.

Now I know I shouldn't laugh at this but I just couldn't help it. It was all in the delivery!

A quick one

Every lunch hour I have a gaggle of students who hang out in my classroom. They eat their lunch, socialize, play games on their laptops, etc.

One of my male, social misfits walked into my class a few minutes ago and greeted the room with the following:

"Hey baby. I'm talking to all of you because you're all sexy!"

That comment seriously made my day so far.
